Summary Judgment Granted in Favor of Shelton Brothers, Inc.
The United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri granted summary judgment in favor of Shelton Brothers, Inc. in a dispute over whether Shelton Brothers, Inc. violated the Missouri Franchise Law.
Shelton Brothers, Inc. is a Massachusetts beer supplier selling its beer in 48 states, including Missouri. The court found that Shelton Brothers, Inc. did not violate Missouri law in terminating its agreement with a Missouri beer and wine distributor.
Shelton Brothers, Inc. was represented by Sheila Greenbaum and Gary R. Sarachan.
