Sara G. Neill admitted as Capes Sokol shareholder
Sara G. Neill has been admitted as a shareholder of Capes, Sokol, Goodman & Sarachan, P.C. effective September 1, 2010. Ms. Neill has focused her practice for the past eight years in the areas of federal criminal and civil tax controversies and federal white collar criminal investigations and defense. She represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service in criminal investigations, audits, appeals, innocent spouse proceedings, summons enforcement proceedings and collection matters. Ms. Neill is an author and frequent lecturer on issues of tax controversy. She holds a law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law after having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Ms. Neill is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois, in various federal district courts and in the United States Tax Court.
