Robin Steiner of Capes, Sokol, Goodman & Sarachan, P.C. is an award winner of The St. Louis Chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Deal of the Year Award in the category of $2 million-plus. The award winners were honored at the St. Louis Chapter¡¦s Third Annual Networking Awards Luncheon in February.
The awards reflect CREW’s mission to advance the success of women in commercial real estate, as well as to support the community.
The work by five CREW members on a complicated construction loan and tax credits for a 256-unit multifamily property demonstrates great competence and professionalism by a team of women. Robin Steiner provided the expertise in title insurance and closing documentation.
