Experience at Work
Trudy joined the firm as a member of Capes Sokol’s 2020 Summer Associate class and continues to work with the firm as a Law Clerk. She primarily works on matters relating to complex civil litigation, products liability cases, intellectual property, and business transactions.
Trudy attends the Washington University School of Law. She is pursuing a concentration in business & real property, with an interest in commercial litigation, and anticipates earning her business law certificate upon graduation.
In the Community
In her second year of law school, Trudy served as the president of Phi Alpha Delta, WashULaw’s preeminent law fraternity dedicated to service.
Trudy is also an active member of the local community in her hometown of St. Louis. She has served as a mentor at her alma mater, St. Joseph’s Academy. As a Summer Associate, Trudy volunteered at the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis’ COVID-19 Emergency Relief Food Drive. The Urban League’s weekly drive-through food distribution efforts served over 60,000 families in the metropolitan area and raised more than $3.5 million.
