Experience at Work

Rachel is a member of the civil litigation practice group. She has experience with a wide variety of litigation matters including contract disputes, fraud, defamation, tortious interference, and Section 1983 cases.

Previously, Rachel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia Cohen of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District for two years.

During law school, Rachel worked at the public defender in both the Missouri state and federal system. She worked as a research fellow for two professors and was an editor on the St. Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy.

Prior to law school, Rachel worked at one of the world’s largest independent alternative asset management firms in Chicago, where she worked directly with the CCO to modify compliance policies and procedures within the client services department.
