Experience at Work

Manufacturing and consumer-product oriented organizations rely on Michael’s experience to handle scientific and medical issues in both commercial and mass tort litigation.  Clients turn to Michael for representation in federal and state courts and Michael has developed a niche understanding and appreciation for issues that arise in the manufacture, distribution and sale of agricultural and manufactured products

Prior to joining Capes Sokol, Michael worked at a national large business law firm where he regularly worked with clients to resolve complex, multi-party, civil litigation matters including corporate governance disputes, employment-related matters, wrongful death and personal injury cases.

After graduating from law school, Michael served as a federal law clerk for the Honorable Joe L. Heaton in the Western District of Oklahoma.

In the Community

Michael is new to the St. Louis community but he and his wife have a significant history of volunteering at local food banks and medical clinics, and they are looking forwarding to getting involved in the local St. Louis community.
