Experience at Work
Kayla has experience with a variety of litigation matters including toxic tort, contract disputes, employment law matters and white-collar criminal defense. She joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2019 and continued working with the firm as a Law Clerk throughout her 3L year.
Prior to graduating from St. Louis University School of Law, Kayla served as a Judicial Intern for Judge Catherine Perry of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri. She also interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois.
A St. Louis native, Kayla graduated magna cum laude from Maryville University of St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and is anticipated to graduate magna cum laude from Saint Louis University with her Master of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology. She is fluent in Arabic.
