Jacqueline Gebhardt’s practice is concentrated on complex litigation, dispute resolution, and intellectual property. Jacqueline’s practice covers a wide array of industries with an emphasis on manufacturing, cosmetics, fashion, and entertainment, for businesses ranging from start-ups to large privately held and public companies. She is experienced in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation strategy, settlement, trial preparation and appeals, in federal and state courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Jacqueline possesses in-depth knowledge of the practical matters that enterprises and entrepreneurs commonly face, including employment law matters, business formation issues, commercial litigation, and products liability matters.
In addition to handling complex litigation, Jacqueline also counsels and assists clients in connection with all facets of trademark and copyright law in the United States and internationally, including licensing, distribution, and co-branding agreements; trade dress, trade secret and unfair competition; and trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and monitoring in the United States and worldwide. She also advises clients on import/export and counterfeiting issues, privacy and data protection, review of advertising materials, domain name disputes, and intellectual property-related diligence and corporate transactions.
