Experience at Work
As project team leader, Carolyn works extensively on the coordination of substantial environmental, toxic tort, and public nuisance litigation on behalf of national and regional clients involved in the defense of claims brought by States Attorneys General, municipalities and port districts seeking the recovery of costs associated with environmental remediation, waste treatment, diminution of property values, personal injuries, and natural resource damages.
Carolyn has over 20 years of experience in various legal roles, including extensive courtroom paralegal experience. She has been involved in cases alleging adverse health effects and environmental impacts from various consumer and commercial chemicals. In connection with these cases, Carolyn assists the practice group with maintaining complex litigation databases for use by clients and outside counsel.
