Experience at Work

Brian is a member of the Business & Finance and Real Estate Practice Groups. Brian focuses his practice on transactional matters including commercial transactions, business entity formations, mergers & acquisitions, and real estate transactions. Brian joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2018 and continued working with the firm as a Law Clerk throughout his 3L year.

During law school, Brian served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert H. Dierker, Jr. of the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri. Brian also served as a legal extern for a midwestern convenience store chain. He worked as a research fellow for one of his professors and was a Managing Editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal.

In the Community

Brian serves on the Advisory Board of the Collinsville-Maryville-Troy YMCA. Brian volunteers at a pro bono legal clinic organized by Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Inc. (LSEM) and hosted by Grace Hill Settlement House. The legal clinic is part of LSEM’s Community Economic Development Program, which assists low income entrepreneurs and small non-profits who do not have the resources to obtain basic legal assistance.
