Experience at Work

Andrew is an experienced litigator who represents and counsels clients in a broad range of business litigation and employment matters. 

Andrew is a former Missouri Assistant Attorney General with experience litigating complex cases involving in-depth document discovery, examining expert witnesses, and witness preparation.

While at the Attorney General’s Office, Andrew was a key contributor to the State’s West Lake Superfund Site/Bridgeton Landfill litigation. The lawsuit, which drew national attention, included claims for negligence, nuisance, and violations of Missouri’s solid waste laws. In addition, he has experience working on a variety of civil rights and tort cases. Andrew has tried cases to verdict in state and federal court and argued before the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
