Experience at Work

Drew focuses his practice on counseling clients in the healthcare and digital health industries. He represents health information technology vendors, medical device vendors, physicians, and other providers guiding them through the healthcare legal environment and advising on business and commercial matters.

Drew also represents manufacturers, distributors, engineering firms, real estate developers, and clients in supply chain procurement issues, corporate ownership disputes, licensing, real estate acquisition and sale, and leasing.

In the Community

Drew regularly provides pro bono legal services to non-profit organizations serving the St. Louis community. He is an active volunteer at a pro bono legal clinic organized by Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Inc. (LSEM) and hosted by Grace Hill Settlement House.

The legal clinic is part of LSEM’s Community Economic Development Program, which assists low income entrepreneurs and small non-profits who do not have the resources to obtain basic legal assistance.

Drew is also an active member of City Church St. Louis.
