As reported in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, in the context of the Firm’s representation of the Appellant in Fleshner v. Pepose, a case involving improper jury bias as evidenced by anti-semitic comments made during deliberations, Mark Goodman stated: “There’s a big difference in a jurur holding prejudice in his head and articulating prejudice. The latter taints the whole judicial process.” This is a case of first impression in Missouri.
