Goodman Appointed as Disciplinary Hearing Officer

Mark E. Goodman was appointed as Disciplinary Hearing Officer by the Missouri Supreme Court on January 15, 2016 for a three-year term. As a hearing officer, Mark will participate in Disciplinary Hearing Panels selected by the Advisory Committee. These panels help maintain high ethical standards in the state of Missouri by conducting hearings for any attorney accused of professional misconduct.
