CSGS Presents Oral Argument to the MO Supreme Court on Same-Sex Partner Divorce Action

On December 3, 2014, Capes Sokol presented oral argument to the Missouri Supreme Court in In re the Marriage of: M.S. v. D.S., in which our client sought a divorce from his same-sex partner, and the St. Louis County Circuit Court dismissed his petition due to lack of constitutional and statutory authority based upon Missouri’s DOMA provisions.
