Fehr Presents During Trial Masters Series at 2017 BAMSL Bench and Bar
On June 1, 2017, Capes Sokol business litigation attorney Amy L. Fehr presented “Simplifying the Complex Case: Strategic Use of Pre-Trial and Dispositive Motions to Narrow the Issues” as part of the Trial Masters series at the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis’s (BAMSL) “Bench and Bar” in Lake of the Ozarks.

Fehr’s presentation provided practical tips for narrowing issues in anticipation of summary judgment and forcing the adversary to commit to factual positions prior to trial. Fehr represents closely held companies in business litigation, as well as shareholders, partners and limited liability members in internal business disputes and business divorces.
