2018 Best Place to Work in St. Louis

Capes Sokol is proud to have been recently recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as a finalist in its annual Best Places to Work Awards for 2018. Finalists determined to be the “most employee-friendly workplaces in St. Louis” were judged on communication, management structure, benefits, teamwork and several other factors.

Capes Sokol is a finalist in the “Medium Category: 50 -99 employees”, along with Agilis Systems, Brdo Creative Insight, Cornerstone Insurance Group, EPIC Systems, Inc., McClure Engineering, Midtown Home Improvements, Sense Corp, TravelPlex, and Vivial.

About the Best Places to Work for Awards

All participating companies and their employees completed surveys administered by Quantum Workplace. The companies were grouped by size and ranked by Quantum to determine the most employee-friendly workplaces in St. Louis.

In 2018, there were more than 200 nominations submitted to the Business Journal. Out of the 200 nominations, 44 companies were chosen as finalists in 5 categories grouped by size. The Business Journal will announce the winners of each category at an awards breakfast on March 8 and in the March 9th edition of the Business Journal.
