Capes Sokol is Committed to Serve You During the COVID-19 Crisis

The health, safety, and well-being of our clients, friends, and colleagues are foremost in our minds as we continue to closely monitor the developing situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. With the increased number of COVID-19 cases across the nation, we have reassessed our operating procedures to help prevent the spread of the virus and support the welfare of our community.

In order to do our part to reduce the risk of exposure, and in accordance with governmental recommendations, effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020, the majority of our lawyers and staff will begin working remotely. Our firm will remain fully operational during this time.

We will continue to be responsive to our clients’ legal and business needs throughout any potential shutdowns or quarantines that may be established to contain the outbreak. We have prepared for this situation, and we have implemented our business continuity plans that will allow us to serve our clients while caring for our people.

We encourage you to contact us with any concerns or issues with which you are dealing currently. We are here to support you through these challenging times.

We are committed to our community and our clients. Today and Tomorrow. That is the Capes Sokol Commitment.
