On Tuesday, June 14, 2016, Sandy Boxerman participated in a panel entitled: “Blockchain Banking Regulation and Best Practices to Ensure Compliance” at the 2016 Distributed Trade Conference.
The Distributed: Trade conference was a first-of-its-kind forum bringing the industry’s leading blockchain technology companies together with major enterprises to brainstorm how the new technology will disrupt and optimize trade networks and financial services.
Current AML/KYC requirements and proposed legislative considerations for corporations and financial institutions can utilize blockchain technology, combined with best practices, to pass regulatory scrutiny.
