4.2 Million Dollar Verdict

A St. Louis County Jury awarded William Halliburton 4.2 million dollars in a breach of fiduciary lawsuit against the other 50% shareholder of his business.  The Jury determined that the co-owner transformed the business to a new business in which Mr. Halliburton had no ownership.  The case was tried for 9 days by Gary Sarachan, a shareholder of Capes Sokol, and Drey Cooley, an associate.  Sheila Greenbaum, another shareholder in Capes Sokol, was active in the case, April 8, 2010.
