Ms. Cavicchia also serves as vice president and secretary of Capes Sokol Registered Agent, Inc. This subsidiary of Capes Sokol provides registered agent services for entities in Missouri.
Ms. Cavicchia serves on the Institute for Paralegal Education Board and as a faculty member. She is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), the St. Louis Paralegal Association (STLPA) and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL). She is currently serving as STLPA’s BAMSL Liaison. She is active in a number of community organizations.
