Mr. Hamby has been engaged in the private practice of law since admission to the Missouri Bar in 1990.

Mr. Hamby has represented several municipalities in the greater St. Louis area as special counsel, city attorney and prosecuting attorney. He currently serves as a municipal judge for the City of Arnold, Missouri, and is a member of the Board of Directors of FortuneBank.

Prior to joining Capes Sokol, Mr. Hamby worked as a legislative intern for the Missouri House of Representatives General Assembly earning special recognition.
