Kenneth J. Rothman is one of Missouri’s foremost governmental law authorities. The former Missouri Lieutenant Governor is Of Counsel at Capes, Sokol, Goodman & Sarachan, P.C. and concentrates his practice in the firm’s Administrative Law & Government Relations practice group.

Joining Capes Sokol in its inception, Mr. Rothman dedicated more than 40 years to public service. Once an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for St. Louis County, he has since held a variety of elected positions, including:

Mr. Rothman is licensed to practice in the State of Missouri.  He is a registered legislative and executive branch lobbyist for numerous organizations.

Mr. Rothman is active in a number of professional and community organizations, including the Missouri Bar and the Missouri Municipal & Associate Judges Association. He is an appointed member of the Missouri Commission on Judicial Resources. He served as Commissioner of the Metropolitan Zoological Park and Museum District for 16 years.
