Callie J. Tucker joined Capes, Sokol, Goodman & Sarachan, P.C. in 2011. Ms. Tucker is an associate in the firm’s Business & Finance and Real Estate practice groups, with a concentration in business and commercial real estate transactions.
Ms. Tucker assists clients, including commercial real estate owners, developers and brokers, with matters ranging from property sales and acquisitions, landlord-tenant controversy and financing concerns. Ms. Tucker also works with individuals and closely-held companies on business matters such as entity formation, asset and stock acquisitions, complex shareholder disputes and other general business matters.
While in law school, Ms. Tucker served on the executive board of the Washington University Law Review as an Executive Editor.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Tucker worked as an Account Executive in the Chicago office of public relations agency Ruder Finn, providing communications strategy and support to clients in the consumer and enterprise technology industries.
Ms. Tucker volunteers through the Community Economic Development Program of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, which was formed to provide free business legal assistance to non-profit entities that promote community development to benefit low-income individuals. Ms. Tucker is also an active member in the Urban Land Institute, a nonprofit education and research institute with focus on the responsible use of land in creating and sustaining thriving communities. Ms. Tucker was also selected to participate in the 2014-2015 class of Leadership Clayton, a Clayton Chamber of Commerce program designed to educate and promote effective community leaders.
Ms. Tucker is a member of the Missouri Bar, the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL). She is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Illinois, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
